Nora Gherbi, Founder of WHo CAREs!? Chronicles & The Environmental Intelligence Principles

Nora Gherbi is a leading practitioner of Environmental Intelligence (E.I.), a discipline she pioneered to harmonize the sacred stewardship of Indigenous knowledge with modern science, academia and technology. As a strategist, author, and diplomat, Nora’s work centers on a singular premise: the solutions to our future are encoded in our past.

Nora facilitates the integration of Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) into the heart of global business and governance. She moves beyond the standard ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework, advocating instead for a Regenerative & Caring Business Model that views the corporation not as a machine, but as a vital organ within the Earth's living ecosystem.

Curated over decades of study and observation, her signature E.I. Program serves as a blueprint for this evolution, teaching leaders how to apply the principles of reciprocity, interconnectedness and care.

WHo CAREs!? Chronicles focuses on solutions to some of the world's largest problems and challenges, from climate change and natural resources to various social issues.

For more than 17 years, Nora worked in economic diplomacy. First in Canada and the United States for the French Administration and as Chief Representative France for the City of London. Combining her skills and experience in economic diplomacy with her expertise in sustainable business growth, she has worked on various issues such as: conflict management, economic recovery plans, the 2008 financial crisis, Brexit, international trade, investment and civil development projects, energy and environmental projects, all the while fostering bilateral business and cultural relationships.

Her passion is centered on the evolution of the corporate arena and ecological global ecosystems through the application of environmental intelligence principles, Indigenous knowledge and caring practices.

She has curated various programs and strategies to transform the business world from the inside including her signature E.I, Environmental Intelligence program.  Nora is currently an active participant of Unesco’s IDIL program which aims to revitalize Indigenous languages.
